Fire Fighters Unite Behind Sen. Subramanyam, Citing His “Impeccable Voting Record”
Ashburn, VA – Today, Senator Suhas Subramanyam, Democratic Nominee for Virginia’s 10th Congressional District (VA-10), announced the endorsement of the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) Local 3756, the Loudoun Career Fire Fighters Association.
This endorsement marks the first public safety association that has endorsed one of the candidates for Virginia’s 10th Congressional District.

Senator Suhas Subramanyam is the Democratic nominee for Congress in Virginia’s 10th Congressional District to replace outgoing Congresswoman Jennifer Wexton. Suhas has dedicated his life to public service as a State Senator, Obama White House advisor, Capitol Hill staffer, and as a Loudoun volunteer firefighter/EMT. In Richmond, he has worked across the aisle to pass gun violence prevention bills, protect democracy, and defend abortion rights. Suhas resides in Ashburn, Virginia (in VA-10) with his wife, Miranda, and their two daughters.
